Mr. Warnking joined ProRhythm, Inc. as President and CEO in February 2001. Prior to ProRhythm, Mr. Warnking was President and CEO and later Chairman and CEO of EndoSonics, Corp. Endosonics was acquired by Jomed in October 2000. Prior to Endosonics, Mr. Warnking was President and CEO of Acoustic Imaging Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of ultrasound imaging systems, a division of Dornier Medizintechnik GmbH. He was responsible for the development of Warnking Medizintechnik, a German ultrasound company, which was acquired by Dornier in 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Warnking held numerous management positions in the U.S. and Europe with ATL, ADR and Squibb Medical Systems. Mr. Warnking holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany.

Mr. Jung joined ProRhythm as Vice President, Operations in May 2003. Mr. Jung most recently was an independent medical technology consultant based in Tokyo, Japan where he designed sophisticated coronary catheters for a wide variety of applications. Mr. Jung has held a variety of positions (Director of R&D, Director of Catheter Development, Principal Engineer, Lead Project Engineer, Pilot Engineer) in several leading cardiology device companies including Jomed and Endosonics (Image Guided Therapy Division), Navius, Heart Rhythm Technologies, and Medtronic Interventional Vascular. He also has experience in managing Quality Control. Mr. Jung has 14 patents and pending patents in catheter development.

Mr. Smith brought over 23 years experience in sales and marketing to ProRhythm when he joined the company as Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs in September, 2003. Mr. Smith has held senior sales and marketing positions at Johnson and Johnson, Baxter Healthcare and Cardima. Most recently, as VP Sales and Marketing, Mr. Smith was responsible for the global launch of CryoCath’s innovative cardiac ablation technology. Mr. Smith has 8 years of experience in the market introduction of novel technologies in the field of cardiac electrophysiology and specifically in the PRI target market of atrial fibrillation. Mr. Smith has extensive experience in interventional cardiovascular health care and the establishment of effective global sales and marketing organizations.

Mr. Zielenski joined ProRhythm in May 2003 after spending 6 years at Stryker Howmedica Osteonics, a leader in the field of orthopedic medical devices. While at Stryker, Mr. Zielenski held positions in Quality Assurance, manufacturing and human resources. He received a BE from Stevens Institute of Technology and holds an ASQ certification in Quality Engineering. Prior to his time at Stryker, Mr. Zielenski was a US Naval Officer serving on a fast attack submarine and qualified as a Naval Nuclear Propulsion Engineer.

Mr. Cichy joined ProRhythm in 2003 after spending several years in traditional manufacturing and high technology industries working primarily in the areas of cost accounting and corporate financial management.    In addition to his role at ProRhythm, Mr. Cichy is employed as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Keller Graduate School of Management in Long Island City, New York where he teaches Accounting and Finance and is involved with the development of the curriculum. Mr. Cichy scored in the 99th percentile on the CPA examination.

Ms. Mendelson joined ProRhythm as Director of Clinical Research in April of 2006. Ms. Mendelson has over 15 years of experience in the management of IDE clinical trials for class III medical devices for several firms including EP MedSystems, TissueLink Medical, Oscor Medical, and Cardiac Control Systems. Prior to joining ProRhythm, Ms Mendelson was  Senior US Clinical Project Manager for Kika Medical, a provider of electronic data collection (EDC) systems for medical device clinical trials. Prior to joining Kika, Ms. Mendelson successfully managed clinical trials and PMA submissions for the first single-lead dual chamber pacing system (Cardiac Control Systems), the ALERT® EP catheter platform (EP MedSystems), and the TissueLink HemoSealing™ device for blood loss control in surgery.
